Arrive at the gorgeous Falisia Resort & Spa, nestled in a private bay in the Gulf of Trieste on the romantic Adriatic coast. Settle into your accommodation ready for a full day of activities tomorrow.
Day2Medical consultation and lunch at the marinaFalisia Resort & Spa Portopiccolo, Italy
Begin the day with your medical consultation for a general overview, focusing on sport and wellness, and an electrocardiogram to check your heart's rhythm and electrical activity.
Enjoy a healthy lunch on Piazzetta Marina View. After digesting, you'll take part in a HIIT Fitness activity class and you'll organise your training plan at the Falisia wellness and Gym.
Enjoy dinner tonight and some time to relax in the wonderful facilities.
Day3Activities and massageFalisia Resort & Spa Portopiccolo, Italy
Begin the day with an excercise test, a healthy breakfast and some time at the state-of-the-art Falisia wellness Gym. After lunch, take part in a HIIT Fitness activity and spend the afternoon in the Bakel wet areas, followed by a 50-minute massage according to your specific needs. Enjoy dinner again tonight and time at your leisure to relax and enjoy the facilties.
Day4Spa day and bike tourFalisia Resort & Spa Portopiccolo, Italy
Before breakfast, hit the Falisia gym and join a HIIT fitness activity. Then enjoy some spa time before lunch. The afternoon will be spent on a cultural bike tour of the area, and another healthy dinner.
Day5Cultural tourFalisia Resort & Spa Portopiccolo, Italy
Spend the morning in Falisia's wet and training areas before a healthy breakfast. You'll then set off on a cultural half-day tour either to Trieste, Miramare Castle or a nearby UNESCO site, each with a private guide.
There'll be a group class to take part in after a medical consultation and trainer meeting. Relax this afternoon in the wet areas of the Spa by Bakel and melt into a 50-minute massage designed specifically for your needs. You'll enjoy a healthy dinner at Cliff Restaurant this evening.
Day6Free afternoonFalisia Resort & Spa Portopiccolo, Italy
This morning you'll enjoy a HIIT activity after a medical consultation and trainer meeting (each time this will be different). Spend some time in the training and wet areas before lunch and enjoy time in spa before a free afternoon. Suggested activities include the Rilke Rail on Falisia Cliffs. Enjoy your final dinner tonight at the hotel.
Day7Final consultation and goodbyeFalisia Resort & Spa Portopiccolo, Italy
Today you'll have time to fit in a final group fitness activity and some time in the wet areas before breakast. Following this, you'll have your final consultation with the doctor; to review your fitness and provide you with a plan to take home with you and move further towards your fitness goals.
